Monday: Red or Butter Beans with your choice of fried fish, panéed pork chop, or panéed chicken breast, served with hot corn bread. Or try the Chicken Melt with marinated chicken breast, grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms, and aged Swiss cheese on grilled wheat, served with sweet potato fries.
Tuesday: Honey BBQ Ribs served with backyard beans, potato salad, and garlic bread. Or enjoy a 1/2 Muffuletta Po-Boy with mortadella, salami, ham, Swiss, provolone, and olive salad on a 6″ po-boy, served with a side of southern fried okra.
Wednesday: Meatloaf with potatoes au gratin, green beans, and a big ol’ biscuit. Also available: Country Fried Steak with white gravy, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Plus, our always special: deveined calf liver and grilled onions served with mashed potatoes, green beans, and a biscuit.
Thursday: Grilled Chicken Alfredo with marinated chicken breast, grilled to order on top of angel hair pasta in Alfredo sauce, served with garlic bread and dinner salad. Or choose the Fried Pork Chop Po-Boy with boneless center-cut pork chop, served on 6″ Leidenheimer bread with potato salad.
Friday: Hamburger Steak with onions, mashed potatoes, corn, and dinner bread. Also featuring Fried Shrimp with fries, slaw, and hush puppies. Or try our La Pines Famous Fried Fish Filets served with fries, cole slaw, and hush puppies.
